1. Warehouse Locations

Posh Entry, we are committed to efficient delivery and eco-friendly logistics.
To achieve this, we have established multiple fulfillment centers around the
world. This means that your order may be shipped from a warehouse that is not
necessarily the closest one to your location. The specific warehouse used
depends on the items you've ordered and their availability.
2. Shipment Timeframe
Orders
placed before 5:30 pm EST (Monday-Friday) will generally require 3-4 days for
processing before they are shipped. Please note that this timeframe may vary
due to holidays, inclement weather, carrier delays, and inventory count days.
Some
orders may take 4-7 working days to ship, as certain items need to be sourced
from different warehouses. Additional shipping options and estimated delivery
times will be displayed during checkout based on your chosen location and
service.
3. Shipping Rates and Options
Shipping
rates, options, and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of
checkout, allowing you to choose the most suitable shipping method for your
needs. Our goal is to offer fast and cost-effective shipping for your
convenience.
4. International Shipping
We
ship worldwide using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
International shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Please be aware
that customers are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, and
brokerage charges, among other additional fees. Our shipping operates on a DDU
(Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
5. Expedited Shipping
Posh
Entry provides expedited shipping options through carriers like UPS, FedEx, or
USPS. Please consider the shipping practices of these carriers when selecting
expedited shipping. You can estimate the cost and delivery time during checkout
and view all available shipping options.
6. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and Puerto
Rico
We
offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, and Puerto Rico. However,
additional shipping charges may apply. Please note that we cannot ship PBC's or
PBX's to APO/FPO addresses.
7. Refusing or Not Accepting Shipped Orders
Once
your order is shipped, it is your responsibility to receive it. If you fail to
respond to the courier company or refuse to accept the order at the destination
country (due to tax payments or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to
Posh Entry. In such cases, Posh Entry reserves the right to deduct shipping
charges (both ways), any duties imposed at the destination and origin
countries, and other associated fees. Any remaining amount will be refunded to
you. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order, a
new order will need to be placed.
We
do not accept responsibility for packages returned to us due to insufficient or
incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for
re-sending any orders, and these must be paid in advance. Please ensure that
you provide accurate and complete address information to avoid any delivery
issues.
